To order, visit EcoShop which will take you to our safe buying site with shopping cart and paypal check out. Paypal service allows anyone to make payment with credit cards or bank accounts without sharing financial information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
If you prefer not to use Paypal you can email us on mail@greenroomgallery.com.au or ring through the order on Ph 02 66524207. Payment can then be organised either via credit/debit card over the phone or with a bank deposit. If you want to pay with credit/debit card but would prefer that we ring you, then no worries, you just email us your phone number and Charlotte will ring you at a time that suits you.

Gift Wrapping is FREE
When I, Charlotte grew up every shop would gift wrap for free. I have always love wrapping presents so we certainly do that for free as well.
Our gift wrapping is a natural and eco minded as possible. The garment/gift inside is wrapped in tissue paper or sometimes cellophane bag (that we recycle from our suppliers ). We use brown paper, with nice 'bellibands' and either paper ribbons or natural raffia in colours. Here's a pic of what it may look like. However, we do use recycled coloured paper as well as the brown and other colours for 'bellibands' and ribbons. This is just to give you an idea of what it may look like and we don't use boxes.

Shipping
Within Australia
No matter where you live, we work very hard at getting your goods to you a s a p.
Freight of course is never free, someone has to pay for it. To make it easy for you, our customer, we only charge a flat fee of $10.
We cover any expenses above that. If you spend $150 or over then it’s free for you and freight is on us.
We ship via Fastway or Australia Post. Both services are trackable. By rule you should have your parcel within 2-5 days.
With Australia Post we send registered mail. That means it must be signed for. If Australia Post doesn’t find you at home, the parcel will end up at your local post office for you to pick up and sign for when you have time. If you work full time, it may be better to use your work address as your receiving address.
To New Zealand
We do not charge the GST to our New Zealand customers. We also do not offer the $10 freight fee or Free Freight over $150.
All prices are in Australian Dollars. These are the freight prices at present.
Up to 500g - $15 / 501g-1kg -$25 / 1kg – 2kg - $40 / 2kg – 3kg - $45
The Rest of World

Return of goods
Call Us
If you want to return the goods that you have received, please send us an email first using Contact Form Here or ring Charlotte on Ph 0266524207
Faulty or damaged goods
Please send us back the faulty or damaged goods in suitable packaging. Make sure you include proof of receipt and a note of the problem or where the fault is. We will either replace the goods with one in good order or if you prefer refund you the total amount + the freight cost of sending it back to us.
Wrong Size
It can be tricky to get the right size so we do offer one exchange for free. That means you pay for shipping the wrong size back to us with proof or receipt and a note and we will send the new requested size back to you free of charge. We encourage use of registered or insured mail since we take no responsibility for lost return shipments. If we don’t have the requested size in stock and can in fact not get it in for you, we will offer a store credit.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns and will exchange any of our products within 14 days from the date on the receipts. You need to return the garment/goods in perfect order with all swingtags/labels still attached with proof of receipt and a note explaining the issue. We encourage use of registered or insured mail since we take no responsibility for lost return shipments.
Please Note
Items that have been laundered, dirtied, altered or worn cannot be accepted for store credit/exchange. Such an item will be sent back to you.

Lay-By
Lay-By is a fantastic invention that can work very well for customer as well as boutique. At Greenroom Gallery we offer lay-by, however there are some important rules for this to work.
We ask for a 10% deposit and offer a Lay-By period of 6 weeks. Please aim to make payments fortnightly. Greenroom Gallery reserves the right to return item to store if payments has not be finalised within 8 weeks. A cancellation fee of $20 will apply if lay-by is cancelled or not finalised. Any refund by store credit only.
Lay-by payments can be done over the phone. Just call Charlotte Ph 0266524207
At this stage we offer lay-by only to visitors to our brick and mortar boutique, on The Promenade and not to Online Customers.

I, Charlotte French and Wayne French, owners and operators of this website, will NOT trade, sell, or give away your personal information under any circumstances without your express e-mailed permission. Period. We are just your everyday people like yourself, who can't stand spam, unsolicited emails, phone selling and stuff like that. We will never do that to anyone else. If you join our email list, then that's all you join. Your email is safely stored for Greenroom Gallery newsletters and special offers related to our boutique/gallery/website.
