Faulty or damaged goods
Please send us back the faulty or damaged goods in suitable packaging with all tags intact. Make sure you include proof of receipt and a note of the problem or where the fault is. We will either replace the goods with one in good order or if you prefer refund you the total amount + the freight cost of sending it back to us. This only applies to clothes that have not been worn and/or washed.
When buying on line it can be tricky to get the right size and you can certainly send the garment back for an exchange. You will have to pay for the return freight and the freight for the new garment. We encourage use of registered or insured mail since we take no responsibility for lost return shipments. If we don’t have the requested size in stock and can in fact not get it in for you, we will offer a store credit.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds when you change your mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns and will exchange any of our products within 14 days from the date on the receipts. You need to return the garment/goods in perfect order with all swingtags/labels still attached with proof of receipt and a note explaining the issue. We encourage use of registered or insured mail since we take no responsibility for lost return shipments.
Items that have been laundered, dirtied, altered or worn cannot be accepted for store credit/exchange. Such an item will be sent back to you.
